Delayed Shipping Times: We understand that its a priority to receive your order in a timely manner. Unfortunately sometimes issues may occur. when this happens, orders can be expected to arrive in about 3 weeks depending on the situation.

How to resolve delivery issues:

Depending on the size of the order we will refund you upon request or if the order does not arrive 5 days (order size may vary times ) after the estimated delivery date. Any order taking that long, no matter what it is ,is unacceptable & we will take full responsibility & refund your entire order.
